- · If you signed in with Facebook, you can ask us to delete what Facebook shared.
- · We do it within one month and email you when it's done.
- · You can ask us to delete your whole account the same way.
What Facebook shares
Your name, email address and Facebook ID. Nothing else.
How to ask
Email support@spannerlane.co.uk from the email address on your Spanner Lane account, and say whether you want the Facebook data deleted or your whole account. If you write from another address, we’ll send a link to your account’s address to confirm it’s you before we delete anything.
Stop Facebook sharing more
In Facebook, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Spanner Lane. Facebook then stops sharing anything new with us. It doesn’t delete what we already hold, so email us as well.
What we keep
Order and payment records, for 7 years, because tax law requires it. Everything else linked to Facebook is deleted. Our privacy policy has the details.
